Strawberry Shortcake Energy Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 cup raw cashews 
- 1/4 cup coconut butter 
- 1/4 cup coconut flour 
- 2 TBSP coconut oil 
- 4 dates 
- 2 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries 
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and roll into about 10-12 energy bites. 
- Cover with coconut shreds is optional
